COMPLETE! This newly renovated 40,000 SF neighborhood shopping center has proudly served the needs of the Bluff Park community for over 35 years, with suites from 1,000 to 20,000 square feet. The center has recently replaced Piggly Wiggly with Shades Mountain Mercantile as its anchor tenant, the US Post Office is another major drawing tenant as well. We have updated the kiosk sign, installed exterior lights, new parking lot lights, large landscape planters along the sidewalk, seal-coated and striped the parking lot, along with new bumpers, to complete the renovations.
